QuattroDent is a fully-featured Dental Practice Management system capable of running a single or multi surgery practice. It is true client/server. It has Diary, Accounts, Sundry Sales, Clinical Notes, Dental Chart, Periodontal Charting, Mouth Map, Facial Map for NSFA, Customisable Merge Letters, Management Reporting including sundry sales profits. It can cope with DPAS and Denplan and other schemes both capitation and part capitation and discounted and will report on the profit and loss incurred with such schemes. It is up there
with the market leaders but at a fraction of the cost. If you have a compatible TAPI telephone system such as one that uses the OIASYS API then QuattroDent will show you who is calling and make a record of the call time and duration in the patient record. All correspondence with the patient, including the printing of appointment cards is recorded and a copy retained. Appointment reminders can be sent by SMS text or email as a batch operation. All charting symbols and materials are user configurable. Fees are set by you and editable on the fly. You can set your hourly rate and use timed fees if you prefer. It has user/group based security so you can control who has access to the different parts of the program. It is intuitive to use and has a logical workflow. Multiple patient records can
be displayed. For twin/multiple monitors tabs can be detached from the main record so that you can (say) display the periodontal Chart on a bracket table mounted monitor to demonstrate an increase or decrease in pocketing to the patient. Backup is automated. In short, QuattroDent has got just about every feature you need.
