All time tracking software requires an agent that needs to run in the background all the time. This slow down the computer. Furthermore you have to install the time tracking software first, then you have to wait days and weeks to see how much time you send on the computer. You can not see when the computer was switched on before the installation of the time tracking software.

'PC On/Off Time' is completely different: Users can see when their computer was switched on in the past, with no previous setup required. 'PC On/Off Time' doesn't need to be installed, it doesn't need a agent that needs to run in the background, it doesn't slow down your computer.

Windows saves boot and shutdown times in internal log files. 'PC On/Off Time' read the Windows this sytem events and shows the times your computer has been active during the last 3 weeks. Furthermore 'PC On/Off Time' also displays the working time of all computers on your network. For this the current version shows all computers on the network which are switched on.

The freeware shows the last 3 weeks. On multiple request we developed a time unlimited Pro version and a Network version of 'PC On/Off Time'. Companies can use the Network version to see how many and which computers are not in use for weeks.
